Can we make happy stem cells?

To make your stem cells happier and healthier, Dr. Ed Park in his Hay House World Summit article, says this:

You can do five things to increase your telomerase activity.
1. Be at peace
2. Breathe deeply
3. Laugh
4. Be grateful and serve
5. Sleep well at night for eight hours and nap 15 to 90 minutes a day.

He goes into a little detail on each point.
